PivaPunch

Our punching center is available for coils as well as for coils & blanks. We’ll equip it according to your specific needs, whether you’re producing a variety of parts in small batches or families of parts in big series.

Efficiency

PivaPunch is more efficient than other sheet metal punching methods because it works straight from coil fully automatically, producing punched blanks stacked the way you need them.

Flexibility

It’s more flexible because it uses an advanced and freely programmable CNC coil punch system. Common coil width is used for a variety of parts produced in small batches, whereas true coil width is used for large series.

PivaBend

The PivaBend concept brings cycle times for bending to the same level with punching times of work pieces for great total productivity.Our bender is based on the wing forming folding method, which makes it material friendly for pre-painted and stainless steel and aluminum. We?ll equip it for sections, panels or wrapper type work pieces based on your production requirements.PivaBend is designed for steel up to 1,25 – 1,50 and 2 mm.

Flexibility

It?s flexible because negative and positive angles, dimensions and sequences are all programmable. PivaBend processes different work pieces one-off and as large batches. The automated tool change system eliminates manual setups completely in the PivaBend for panels. Completing processes such as spot welding and clinching can also be integrated into PivaBend.

We have adopted the material friendly folding machine bending principle, suitable for sensitive materials like pre-painted and stainless steel and aluminum.Thanks to the working principle there is no wear on the tools.
