Corner Forming Machine

Advanced Temperature Control for Consistent Quality

AUTOMATIC PUNCH & DIE GRINDER

Highly efficient, multi-functional and easy to operate, this specialized grinding machine is specifically designed for CNC turret punch press punches and dies, it can also be used in the grinding of other punches, die plates and cutting dies. The main motor, coupled with a rotating angular joint directly drives the grinding head. The grinding head is cooled by internal coolant spouts to ensure sufficient cooling of dies during the grinding process. A cam ring chuck can be fitted on to the rotating angular table. The clamping device can be adjusted from zero to ten degrees; and be rotated 180° for the grinding of rooftop shears or single sloped “whisper” shears.

CNC STUD WELDER

CNC stud welding automation equipment is based on the traditional manual stud welding machine, combined with our company’s self-developed automatic nail feeding mechanism, automatic gun head, automatic control system, etc. The latest generation of CNC stud welding equipment integrating stud automatic feeding planting. It can replace the traditional manual stud welding machine for nailing, automatic nail feeding and automatic welding. It can be equipped with multiple welding guns and can weld multiple specifications of screws at the same time. The positioning is accurate, the welding is firm, and it is suitable for a wide range of materials: cold plates, stainless steel, aluminum plates, galvanized plates, titanium plates and other materials can be welded.

Welding screws of various specifications can be quickly and firmly welded to the metal surface; the back of the welding plate has no traces, no obvious depressions and protrusions, and there is no need for drilling, riveting, arc welding and post-weld processing and other cumbersome traditional processes; CNC Programming can achieve more complex welding scheme requirements.

Stud welding technology greatly improves production efficiency, reduces manufacturing costs, and improves product quality.

JCX-BH-1-3 Forming and Shearing The forming and shearing is finished separately in two working positions, installed safety light curtain protection to make the production process safer and more humanistic. The accuracy of clearance adjustments between moulds is controlled by Fuji servo motors, parameters is adjusted through touch screen, some other movement is controlled by PLC, a set of mould is with the machine, including rolling mould, square mould, shear knife.
